One boat leaves at 5:05:20 in the morning
Yin Ci does several things every day: get up ten minutes early, take a detour, and put a cup of soy milk on Duan Yanzhi's desk before he arrives in the classroom. He never explained, and Duan Yanzhi never asked. The two of them just spent the semester tacitly understanding each other.
Duan Yanzhi thought Yin Ci was just convenient, until he found an old photo that had been touched countless times in the inner pocket of Yin Ci's school uniform. He remembered Yin Ci's touch on the left side of his chest - very lightly, as if he was confirming that something was still there. He didn't ask who was in that picture, but he knew that action spoke louder than any words.
Duan Yanzhi found out much later that Yin Ci had liked him since he was 16 years old. None of those "easy things" are easy. He remembers every nonsense he said, the taste of his soy milk, and which road he took home. He said nothing, but the photo in his inner pocket answered all his questions.
Intention: The person who made me want to win ended up being the reason I least wanted to lose.
