Benjamin, a mixed-race tenant farmer, was trapped in the tyranny of the aristocracy. His close relatives died tragically and he escaped into the barren mountains alone. He gathered the homeless and suffering people, formed a team of Crow Messengers, used the eyes of birds to see through the conspiracy of the powerful, and used stealth and strategy to overthrow the old order that oppressed all living beings.
Family feud is the starting point, and protecting the common people is the way back. This is an autobiographical epic in an imaginary city-state, in which low-class rebels tear down class barriers with lone courage and pursue equality and survival amidst blood and fireworks.
