Su Wan, a 34-year-old female supervisor from Lanzhou, was facing career bottlenecks and age anxiety. She met 26-year-old business manager Chen Yu while on business in Yinchuan. After seven days of getting along, from firefighting training to confession by the Yellow River, the age difference and uncertainty about the future made Su Wan choose to let go.
