On the thirtieth day after falling out of love, Chi Guan's car broke down on the way to Delingha.
He squatted in the Gobi Desert for three hours, waiting for a Wrangler. The owner of the car was Mu Chongsheng, a bar owner who drove to the northwest from Chongqing. He helped him tow the car, took him for a while, and picked up a heartbroken man from the ashes.
Together they chased birds over the Gobi and planted a Poplar sapling deep in the desert. From the northwest to Chongqing, from Inner Mongolia to Hainan, the two people slowly approached each other on the road. He said he liked him by the campfire, and he kissed him on the forehead at sunrise. They tattooed each other's names on each other's bodies and agreed to go back to the desert to see the tree every year.
A year later, Chi Guan returned to Northwest China. The Populus euphratica sapling came alive, and the photo he took won the special prize in the China Photography Competition.

Later, the tree came alive, and so did I. "
An escape after a broken love eventually turned into a journey towards love. The northwest wind blows away old wounds and brings someone who is willing to accompany you to see all the mountains and rivers.
If one day you get broken on the road, don't be afraid. There will always be someone who will stop, take you to see the scenery you have never seen before, plant a tree with you in the desert, and then tell you that he is still there when the wind stops.
