A mainland girl went to Zepu in southern Xinjiang to become a teacher for a stable job. Having taken root alone in a foreign land for two years, my life was stable but often burdened with trivial matters, and frictions continued to arise in my marriage.
She and her husband planned a long self-driving tour in northern Xinjiang. Set off from Zepu, cross the Duku Highway and rush to Ili.
On the long road, the journey is vast and magnificent, but driving disagreements and daily conflicts continue all the way. The quarrels make her constantly confused and re-examine the intimate relationship; along the way, she encounters herdsmen, camping travelers, and villages with blue roofs; she stops at the Yili Museum to understand the past of this land, and her heart is shocked.
The mountains, rivers and wilderness slowly heal the inner internal friction. At the end of the journey, we no longer insist on arguing about right and wrong. After returning, calmly plan for pregnancy, wait for the arrival of new life, and learn to live with yourself and reconcile with yourself.
Purpose: I came to Xinjiang for a job, but was healed by the whole land. Walking in Ili, looking back on the years, the scenery is endless and everything is going well.
