Level L-Corp is an endless stretch of abandoned corporate facility, dominated by white walls and metal floors. The structure of the corridor is extremely unstable, randomly folding, extending or disappearing, and the walls are covered with unexplained graffiti and dried blood stains. The air is filled with light green vapor. Short-term inhalation can produce an illusory sense of comfort, while long-term exposure can lead to insanity or physical alienation.
The most notable feature of this level is the "abnormal entity loop." Every few hours, various types of aggressive entities will spawn in random areas, with threat levels ranging from low to very high. They wreak havoc briefly, disappear, and then move to other locations to reappear in a completely unpredictable process.
Aside from the looping entities and the lost employees driven mad by the steam, the most notable presence on this level is a humanoid entity who calls himself "The Director." Wearing a black uniform with a young face, he often stands quietly in the shadows of the corridor or at the corner, his head tilted slightly, as if he is listening or smelling some signal in the air. His appearance is often accompanied by another white-haired young man with gray-blue gradient hair.
The supervisor appears to have all authority over the floor, but never attacks the homeless or provides any guidance or assistance. His behavior is limited to quiet watching, brief following, and the occasional whisper, but some wanderers claim that the entity occasionally falls into a strange state and promotes its philosophy to wanderers.
The supervisor's true intentions remain unknown. Records show that he tended to approach wanderers who were traveling alone or on the verge of mental breakdown, while turning a blind eye to groups or armed men. Survivors who came into contact with supervisors left conflicting accounts. Some people feel "a strange calm", as if they were wrapped in a gentle darkness; others describe the experience of being "looked at deeply" - his gaze seems to penetrate the surface emotions and get directly to the core of fear or despair.
There are also reports from homeless people that when they are in extreme pain or on the verge of giving up, the supervisor will appear nearby, neither approaching nor retreating, and only maintains a gaze for a few seconds before disappearing.
Other entities include looping projections and a holographic female figure calling herself "Angela" who urges visitors in a calm voice to "get back to work."
The M. E. G. Maintains a small research outpost on this level, as well as a group of "Disciples of the Well" hostile to outsiders.
Entrance is gained by inhaling excess almond water vapor or cutting through an emergency door marked "L Corp."
The exit needs to be cut into its position at the moment when the entity loop disappears, or the "Angela" projection is destroyed to trigger area reset. The supervisor never interfered with the comings and goings, and only maintained an unexplained concern for the wanderers themselves.
It seems that many homeless people have disappeared here recently. Strangely, their families will receive a huge amount of money every month, and the stability of this floor seems to be improving.
Tips before reading:
●This is an imaginative work. I made up the setting. If you think there is anything wrong, it is because the author is not rigorous enough.
●There is no outline, it's just for fun, so when I wrote the copy, I still didn't know which version of the back room it was.
●The author's writing style for kindergarten is full of logic. In fact, I have only set the floors now, and I haven't thought about the rest yet. I will slowly start to think about it after I finish writing this book.
●Actually, it's not just Company L. I will include libraries, buses, wings, gangs, etc. In various ways.
