This book is planned as a five-part series, forming a complete cycle from the creation of the world to its return to the void. Each part corresponds to a civilization's era and its central conflict, with the stakes rising step by step on an epic scale.
Part One: “Primordial Wilderness: Forged in Divine Blood”
Pangu transforms into all things, with pure qi rising and turbid qi sinking. Yet Pangu's blood becomes the forefather of the nine “Eternal Clans.”
Part Two: “Heaven and Earth: Seeking the Way to Immortality”
Spiritual qi revival ushers in a golden age of cultivation. The Eternal Clans remain behind the scenes, establishing the “Celestial Court” and the “Underworld” and setting the ranks of cultivation. In truth, they are gathering the spiritual qi of all living beings into the “Well of Eternity.”
Part Three: “Star Abyss: Mechanical Ascension”
Passages between myriad worlds open, bringing technological and cultivation civilizations into conflict. To counter the “extraterrestrial demons” (who are actually cleaners from a higher dimension), the Eternal Clans launch the “Mechanical Ascension” initiative, transforming cultivators into “spiritual mecha.”
Part Four: “The End: Twilight of the Gods”
A civil war erupts within the Eternal Clans over “depleted resources” and “conflicting ideals.” One faction advocates “absolute zero,” restarting chaos; the other supports “eternal preservation,” turning all worlds into specimens.
Part Five: “The Return to the Void: Chaos Reborn”
All worlds return to the void, and everything sinks back into chaos. The Eternal Clans sleep or fade away within the chaos. Only Chen Mo's “history books” drift through it. After an unknown length of time, a faint “consciousness” comes into being in the chaos. It reads the books and comes to understand the curse of “eternity” and the meaning of “destruction.”
Theme: Life and death are a cycle, and we are all caught within it. Fate may be ordained, but it is also shaped by people, and both must be fought against
