A postcard traveling across the ocean was intercepted and resold on the way. Lin Xun, who dropped out of school, saved the last unbooked postcard and found Tang Yining, who had just graduated and was looking for a job. She witnessed her mother burying dreams for the family, fearing that long-term relationships would devour her, indulge in fast-food love, and fill the void in her heart with superficial ambiguity. Lin Xun saw through her fear behind her disguise of being free and easy, and the two healed each other as they got along, breaking away from the fateful siege of women of the previous generation, and finding a third way where love and self can coexist.
Purpose: Examine the destiny dilemma of two generations of women, explore how contemporary young people can maintain sincerity in the utilitarian era, and find the answer to a life in which independence and love coexist.
