This work is adapted from the real and strange experiences in Chengwu No. 3 Middle School. It records the strange things that happened one after another in the boarding school from the first-person perspective of a boarding student. The figures floating in the empty corridors late at night, the intermittent cries in the dormitory bathroom after the lights were turned off, the inexplicable noises coming from under the beds when everyone was asleep... Strange things that cannot be explained by science followed one after another.
There are no explicit and bloody horror descriptions, and the fear is amplified by relying on scenes that are extremely familiar to students such as classrooms, dormitories, and corridors. The protagonist, his best friend, and roommates continue to explore the truth, and gradually unearth the secret past of this old campus that has been dusty for many years. Under the layers of fog, is what they see reality or a deep nightmare?
Purpose: Use the story shell of campus supernatural stories to describe the unique depressive atmosphere of boarding schools and distinguish between illusory horror visions and real campus life. The story does not deliberately create bloody horror, but uses strange events to look back at the scars of the past buried by time, reminding everyone to treat various campus rumors rationally and cherish the ordinary and stable daily campus time.
