"Prose Notes" is a collection of essays that accommodates thousands of emotions. The whole book is divided into four parts. The first volume [Four O'clock Dawn and Dusk] is mainly about scenery, describing the mountains and rivers in spring, summer, autumn and winter, and the changes of day and night, capturing the fleeting beauty of flowing clouds, evening wind, moonlight and vegetation; the second volume [Trivial Matters in the World] is about daily encounters, and there is something hidden in the ordinary fireworks. Trivial tenderness and silent regret; the third volume [Lonely Thoughts] is inward thinking when alone, analyzing hidden emotions such as entanglement, melancholy and relief; the fourth volume [Shattered Shadows of Old Years] looks back at the people and time that have gone far away, without writing about the intense joys and sorrows, leaving only the faint aftertaste of the past.
The writing style is light and restrained, integrating scenery, life, thoughts and memories. I hope readers will stop in the text and encounter emotions that resonate with the scenery of the four seasons, the fireworks of the world, and self-examination.
The idea: to use the morning and dusk scenery of the four seasons to reflect the heart, to collect all the tiny emotions in daily fireworks and old memories, and to gently meet one's own joys and sorrows in plain words.
