It tells the story of Gao Wan and Shao Jia who met in Shanghai during the Republic of China. They fell in love with each other, fell in love in Hong Kong, and eventually broke up due to the war.

[Original intention of writing: Just like Zhang Ailing said: "This is a passionate story. I want to express the endless twists and turns of love, and there is still something left after being completely disillusioned." I want to write a story about people who love each other, even if their love is shattered and they live their own lives, something still flows in each other's hearts.
