What is a dream?
It is a "by-product" of the brain's processing, integration and cleaning of information during sleep. It is not an illusory prediction, but a neural activity with a clear physiological basis.
Our mental state during the day can also cause us to dream.
Among a group of over-stressed senior high school students, Meng became a resident guest in the brain.
A wild dream in academic disciplines - Newton can recite Tang poems, geometry has legs, and people are made up of English characters.
There is also overuse of the brain, and the brain "cannot shut down." For example, dreaming about handing in a blank paper, being unable to find an examination room, or not having enough time.
This is the result of triple physical, psychological and social pressures.
There are also dreams of pessimistic personalities - the people closest to them face the worst outcome, and anxiety spreads until death.
Because of these seemingly ordinary dreams, dreamers are like being trapped in a swamp, unable to escape by themselves.
So we must break through these one by one, so that dreams are no longer shackles that entangle people, but good dreams or I wish you a dreamless night.
Intention: The future is promising and positive.
