Amid the loud noise that could swallow everything, it was like an angel falling into the world, stretching out its huge pectoral fins to gently embrace her as she fell into the water.
It was the whale she had glimpsed in Okinawa.
She named it "Ever."
Later, Su Ruo opened a cafe called Forever Stay on the blue seaside.
Every morning, when she opens the window, she can see her fifteen-ton humpback whale jumping for her on the sea.
Until September, when the whales migrated south to the Antarctic, Ever disappeared into the deep sea.
