When Shen Luo was three years old, Shen Chuan's father Wu Tao kidnapped him and took him home. When he grew older, he began to instruct him to work with Shen Chuan. The two of them did all the dirty and tiring work. The two became close friends who depended on each other. Wu Tao only gave the two of them a bowl of rice at a time, fearing that they would be full and have the strength to escape.
One day, Shen Chuan's mother came back to China and found out about the incident. She had a big quarrel with him. Wu Tao went too far and beat her to death by mistake. The blood stained the marble floor of the living room bright red. Shen Chuan came out of the room and happened to see this scene. When Wu Tao saw him, he felt as if he had seen a savior, with a ferocious face. She rushed towards him and clasped his shoulders tightly with both hands. "Before Shen Luo comes back and admit to the police that you did it, I will return him and let him go. I will not interfere with him in the future." Shen Chuan nodded without any hesitation. What the two of them didn't know was that Shen Luo had been back long ago and had been hiding in the corner and eavesdropping. Shen Luo was 11 years old when he returned to his biological parents. The two reunited seven years later, but Shen Chuan did not recognize him. He only remembered that there was an innocent child when he was a child, because his father had suffered for several years. Fortunately, he should be happy now.
