This book is the IP local branch of "Modern Patriotic Gods". It uses the three immortality criteria of virtue, meritorious service and speech as the unified evaluation criteria to sort out the patriotic heroines recorded in the official history of Sichuan in the past dynasties.
The ancient collection includes Qin Liangyu, the only female military general in the history of the Ming Dynasty who has biographies, telling the story of her immortal achievements in commanding the White Guards to defend the country, guarding the southwest, and maintaining the stability of the territory; the modern and anti-Japanese war chapters, with Zhao Yiman and other revolutionary heroes as the core, describe Sichuan women who broke through the shackles of the times and devoted themselves to the rescue. It also records the heroic deeds of women from the rear of Sichuan in supporting the front line, transporting supplies, and providing field rescue in the context of the Sichuan Army's Anti-Japanese War. The contemporary part includes female models from all walks of life in Bashu and Sichuan who worked hard to build the motherland based on their posts.
The book relies on the authoritative historical materials of party history, local chronicles, and the Memorial Hall of Heroes to connect the patriotic spirit of Sichuan women from ancient times to the present, promotes national integrity and the positive energy of patriotism, and is a positive historical documentary literature.
