"Unless the heart dies, the Tao cannot grow." You must have chewed this sentence countless times late at night.
But, what is Tao? And why is the heart dead?
The real "heart death" is never deletion with one click, but when the mind finally wakes up, the body finally has had enough, and the soul finally turns around.
Each of these three steps stepped on broken glass.
This book records some experiences of saving yourself from the ruins of a broken relationship.
The book consists of three volumes.
The painful symptoms of the decomposition cycle in Volume 1: the suffocation feeling when you wake up in the morning, the rumination of emotions in the middle of the night, intermittent thinking and continuous collapse...
Volume 2 dismantles the truth about love that we tend to overlook when we are passionately in love: the nature of relationships, cognitive misalignments, overlooked corners of human nature, and what exactly we regret and are unwilling to accept...
Volume 3: Self-reconstruction: From "I am the first person responsible for my emotions" to "My value is not defined by relationships" to "Distinguish between your and my issues, so that we can better move toward co-constructing "our" issues.
Eventually you will find that letting go is never about letting go of someone, but about recasting a better self.
It is too difficult to unite knowledge and action.
Knowing that "it is time to let go" is not called knowing. It is not truly known until the rational enlightenment sinks into the body and new instincts grow in the repeated pain.
PS:
· This is not a cool article, but a review record of someone who has experienced it.
· If you are in need and have the chance to read this book, I am willing to accompany you from "death of heart" to "life of Tao".
Purpose: On the surface, I want to share self-reconstruction, but in fact, it is for novice authors to accumulate points, haha.
