Qingyang County Town God's Temple was built in the Tang Dynasty. It is the official orthodox temple of Kuchingjiang County and is dedicated to worshiping Han Qi, the famous Prime Minister of the Northern Song Dynasty. Han Qi lived with his father in Qingyang when he was young. He worked diligently as an official, loved the people, guarded the borders, and sympathized with the sufferings of the people throughout his life. He made great contributions to the hometown of southern Fujian during his lifetime. Later generations of people elected him as the City God of Jinjiang County.
