Introduction to the work "Lost"
Qiao Wujin, a senior high school girl, suffers from delusional disorder, split personality and depression, but she only thinks she is a little anxious. After being punished to stand while studying one night, she broke into an abandoned physics classroom and accidentally fell into the back room, an alien space composed of countless dangerous levels.
There, she met Zhou Jingyi, a strange woman who was intellectual, cold, dark and free-spirited. Zhou takes her through many dangerous situations, and Qiao gradually falls in love with her through dependence and obsession. But Qiao always wanted to go home, but Zhou blocked her in every possible way.
The truth of the story is: Zhou Jingyi is Qiao's split personality, and everything in the back room is Qiao's imagination. When she stopped taking medication, Zhou's personality expanded and took over, trying to keep her in the illusion forever. Yang Can, Yang Jing and others are also other fragments projected by her bipolar disorder.
This is a game between self and self, a lament about falling in love with one's own reflection. When Qiao finally recognizes Zhou as the mirror image of her soul, this lost journey comes to an end - but after stepping out of the illusion, her lover will also disappear.
About illusion, attachment and self-redemption.
Concept: The self is the cage, and the lover is the reflection. If you are an enemy of yourself, you will eventually reconcile with yourself.
Core idea:
The salvation we are looking for throughout our lives is actually hidden deep in our hearts. All lost ways are confrontations with oneself; all escapes will eventually return to oneself. When you learn to embrace your broken self, you will find an outlet for being lost.
Triple progression:
1. Escape reality and hide in fantasy (back room)
2. Fall in love with yourself in the fantasy world (Zhou Jingyi is the sub-personality)
3. After recognizing the truth, reconcile with yourself and get out of the lost way
The other is the self, and the self is the other.
The only way out of being lost is to admit that being lost is yourself.
