Xu Zhijiu and Su Lingxuan were originally high school classmates. When they were 18 years old, Su Lingxuan confessed his love to Xu Zhijiu, but Xu Zhijiu did not agree for some reasons and exchanged harsh words. Su Lingxuan went to Oxford, England to study, and came back seven years later, vowing to integrate into Xu Zhijiu's new life.
