The materialist Luo Guanying encountered a paradox: the more he believed in a god, the more human-like that god was; the more he loved that god, the more intense that god became. And that god—Nangong Qianyu—loved him unilaterally once, and a crack appeared in his palm. If there are enough cracks, people will be gone.
There is a law between them: rushing in both directions leads to life, burning in one direction leads to death.
The evil god of the Paradise Road is waiting for Nangong Qianyu to burn it all by himself. Luo Guanying had only two choices - either feed him into a mortal with faith, or watch him turn into ashes.
The most unbelieving student in the philosophy department now says to God every day: "How many cracks have you had today? Reach out."
And something that has never been said but has always been done: using materialism to prove that God deserves to exist.
