When Shen An was 17 years old, her parents sponsored Wu Yu, an orphan. Wu Yu's parents died when he was very young. Mr. Shen was a former friend of Wu Yu's husband and wife, so he sponsored Wu Yu. Wu Yu lived at home as his younger brother, transferred to Shen An's school, and was even in the same class as him. Shen An went from hating Wu Yu to falling in love and then parting ways.
