Occasionally, palm-sized fish swim by near the shore. The sand is fine white and does not burn your feet when you step on it. When the tide goes out, some spiral-shaped broken shells will be left behind. There is a small forest in the middle of the island with dense shade. It is cool to walk in at noon.
Every summer, the three children meet on the island and stay there for an entire vacation. There were no other children on the island, so the three of them always stayed together.
