This is Northanna, a remote and backward area. Carter Nathan, a bad policeman who lives a chaotic life, welcomes his new partner.
Wiesel Jacques, a guy who was seconded to the new police station for various reasons, was exiled by his former colleagues and boss rather than a change of working environment. As a geek who talks all day long, no one likes his arrival.
But this is also a headache for Carter. Wiesel has now become his trouble. Maybe he should not have taken over this hot potato given to him by the Sheriff in the first place...
