(This is a semi-autobiographical novel. Most of the plots and scenes come from my work diary! It has been completed and has 260,000 words. The following is about the protagonist's struggle and helplessness between work and family, the impermanence of life, the compassion for prisoners and their families, and the conflicts and tacit understanding between colleagues. This is a unique and imprisoned world. It is very different from the outside world. The pain experienced by prisoners, police officers, and family members is very touching, and at least it moved me!
However, in this impetuous society, no one will take a second look. I looked at the click-through rate and was very disappointed. I plan to stop updating it and keep it for myself so that I can enjoy it later and avoid being blamed for touching sensitive topics! )
This book is about the joys and sorrows of Li Zimu, a squadron leader in the labor camp. A story about a scholar, in a rough labor camp, about the discipline of prisoners, personal love and destiny!
Characters: Li Zimu, Shen Xiaoling, Chen Xiaofang, Chen Jun, Huzi, Lao Pi, Jin Ping, prisoner Hong Lian, Monkey, Number One, Ji Tou...
In the late autumn of 1987, Li Zimu, a graduate of the Chinese Department of Nanzhou Normal University, was assigned to the Bailuzhou Labor Reform Farm on the Yangtze River. Due to overstaffing of teachers, he was forced to change his profession to supervise prisoners.
On this desolate river island where Qu Zixingyin is said to have walked, he reunited with Shen Xiaoling, the woman who once made his heart beat on the train. The two gradually got closer and fell in love in the desolate farm.
Fate plays tricks on people. Once while leading a shift, a prisoner named "Monkey" escaped in heavy rain, and Li Zimu was suspended. Shortly after Shen Xiaoling helped him resume work, she was suddenly transferred away, leaving only a letter and no further news. Li Zimu wrote many times, but nothing happened.
In the process of sending the letter, he met Chen Xiaofang, a salesperson in the brigade store. Xiaofang is gentle and considerate, accompanying him out of the trough. The two got married and had a daughter, but there was always a secret buried in the marriage - many years later, Li Zimu accidentally discovered that Shen Xiaoling had never forgotten him.
From the late 1980s to the beginning of the new century, this frail scholar chased fugitives, contradicted leaders, explored prison reform, sent away his deceased wife, and raised his daughter alone. When the former lover appears in front of him again, everything has changed.
A love blown away by the river breeze, the fate of an intellectual trapped by the times, is also the epitome of the changes in grassroots justice.
Concept: Life is mostly about passive separation and dislocation, but still living, loving, and caring sincerely in the dislocated position is the heroism of ordinary people.
