Everything in the modern world is a projection of the code world. Death is deletion, amnesia is modification - and the Nyx tribe are observers free from both worlds, not bound by any rules.
Dream painter Ling Chengge, a nine-tailed red fox, was born with the ability to see things that shouldn't exist. One day, a gryphon claw mark appeared out of thin air on her dream scroll, coming from a world that had never been written.
Following the claw marks, she found Linghu Zhenshuang - silver hair, swirling pupils, as cold as frost. The leader of the Linghu tribe and a believer in order, he is burdened with a history that has been erased by the tribe.
They had a fight the first time they met. No one obeys anyone.

The nine-tailed fox is arrogant and quick to show off, and the griffon is aloof, paranoid, dark and a control freak.
