In 1992, Ningcheng, a southern coastal city.
Eighteen-year-old Ge Qingwu is a female textile factory worker. Her father died of a work-related injury, her mother is frail, and her siblings are young. She originally thought that she could gain stability through skills and hard work, but she suffered successive layoffs at the factory, betrayal by her co-workers, and was defrauded of her savings. The sister she trusted most took away her only money, and her former lover chose to abandon her in the face of interests.
After hitting rock bottom, Ge Qingwu finally understood: The only person she can rely on in this world is herself.
Starting from setting up a street stall, she resold clothes, attended the Canton Fair, contracted garment factories on the verge of bankruptcy, and established her own clothing brand "Qingwu". She has experienced partners running away with their money, malicious suppression by competitors, almost bankruptcy in the 1998 financial crisis, and the pain of corporate transformation around the turn of the millennium.
Every time she fell, she got up on her own. Every time she was betrayed, she swallowed back her tears and carved the lesson into her bones.
Fang Zhitong is the young owner of a Hong Kong-funded enterprise. He is shrewd, restrained and appreciates her tenacity. He gave her a chance, helped her, and even handed her a blank check during her most difficult time. But Ge Qingwu never placed her hopes on him - he wanted a partner, and she wanted her own country.
In twenty years of ups and downs in the business world, Ge Qingwu has grown from a little girl who dared not even sign a contract to a business legend who controls a tens-billion clothing empire. When a reporter asked her the secret of her success, she only said:
"I never trust anyone, but I always trust myself."
Concept: 3. The concept was changed to the standard version: the heroine Ge Qingwu broke away from her original predicament, based on the reform wave of the 1990s, started by setting up a stall to make clothes, overcame the pressure of peers and the twists and turns of the times, built a clothing business empire from scratch, and told the story of an independent woman who grew up without dependence and struggled hard.
