One sentence story
A seriously ill woman, in the intertwining of dreams and reality, finds the person who has loved her throughout her youth, and in the second half of her life, she completes a "togetherness" with him that was eighteen years late.
One night she dreamed of him again in her dream, and when she opened her eyes she saw him beside her. The hair has turned white and there are wrinkles on the face, but the eyes have remained the same.
She touched his face and whispered, "Teacher Xu."
He looked down at her with gentle eyes: "Huh?"
She said: "Thank you for coming to my dream."
He smiled: "It's not a dream."
She buried her face in his arms.
"Yeah. It's no longer a dream."
