On September 1st, I was standing at the gate of the university dragging my suitcase and heard someone calling Meng Chibai. When I turned around, I saw a boy wearing a blue volunteer vest being held by a girl's arm, and the sun was falling on his face - he was the person to whom I handed my confession letter six years ago. Later we actually got together. He would help me occupy a seat in the library, and put my hand in his pocket in the winter. I even almost forgot that after the letter was sent, my friend asked me for it, and he just said lightly, "I don't like her." It wasn't until we had an argument and he frowned and said, "Li Yuxi, you are too persistent sometimes, I'm a little tired," that I suddenly remembered that his answer had not changed from the beginning. We were like two meteors that met briefly, only to discover after getting closer that our orbits had never coincided. This story that started with a confession letter finally came to a regrettable end with the sentence "We are not suitable"
Purpose: Telling a secret love story spanning six years. The protagonist was rejected when he submitted a confession letter in junior high school, fell in love again in college, and finally separated due to differences in growth trajectory and personality. It explores the obsessions, self-growth and relief of not being able to love in youth, and expresses the theme of "not all likes have results, but the time spent in serious love is meaningful"
