Act One: The Bloody Beginning
Binhai City Criminal Police Officer Zhao Bing (the protagonist) has a calm and resolute character, and has been shrouded in the death of his father for many years. Twenty years ago, his father was a grassroots police officer investigating a murder case involving gangs at the dock, but he was involved in a car accident on the eve of the handover of evidence and died on the spot. The case was eventually classified as an accident. Zhao Bing therefore determined to join the police and vowed to find out the mastermind behind the scenes.
At this time, the two major evil forces in Binhai City, the "Hailong Gang" (leader Jia Dao) and the "Hongxing Society" (leader Sun Laizi), are fighting bloody battles for control of the port. Zhao Bing's detachment was ordered to crack down on crime, but encountered many obstacles on the eve of closing the net: informants disappeared one after another, evidence was inexplicably destroyed, and even his immediate superiors hinted that he had "enough is enough."
Purpose: "The dragon slayer will eventually become an evil dragon. Only blood and the rule of law can cut off the reincarnation of the abyss."
