Synopsis
The six realms of Hongmeng have been at peace for thousands of years. Three hundred years ago, the ten sons of the Golden Crow flew into the sky and covered the red ground for thousands of miles. The disaster of shooting the sun laid the secret thunder of the apocalypse. Three hundred years later, the soul of Xi Yao, the legacy of the Golden Crow, shattered and fell to the demon world, and then met the rose demon Mei Huai who had the origin of the warm sun. At that time, the withering poison of the demon world spread to the four realms, and the three hundred years when the flames burned out were approaching, and the six realms were about to be plunged into darkness forever. The two travel together through the four realms of humans, underworld, immortals and demons, and collect the components of the sun-shooting bow and the spirit arrow. In the end, Meihuai sacrifices herself to return to the heart of the warm sun, in exchange for the six realms to be bathed in sunlight again. On the cliff of Cangwu Mountain, a single mimosa tree is left alone, accompanied by seven-color roses, quietly looking at each other in the wind. Concept: Concept of the work Discussion of responsibility and sacrifice: Xi Yao's transformation from an amnesiac and ignorant little demon to shouldering the responsibility of saving the world for the Golden Crow clan, Mei Huai's transformation from a lonely demon craving for warmth to a voluntary sacrifice for the peace of the six realms depicts the choices of ordinary individuals in the torrent of destiny from "for themselves" to "for all living beings". Sacrifice is not a tragedy, but another continuation of what you love and believe in. Reflection on prejudice and tolerance: Mei Huai is regarded as an alien by the demon group because of her natural abnormality, and Xi Yao is always suspected because of his special life experience. The two rely on each other in the prejudice, and see the good and evil of all races in the experience of the four realms. They break the stereotype of "gods must be righteous, demons must be evil, and monsters must be evil", and explain that apart from identity and stance, the true heart is the yardstick of good and evil. Interpretation of the weight of emotions: fireworks and family affection in the human world, thousands of years of staying together in the underworld, dedication and love in the fairy world, obsession and anger in the demon world, as well as the relationship between the protagonists from companionship to life and death, it is written that the seven emotions and six desires are not obstacles to spiritual practice, but the strongest force that transcends life and death and fights against darkness. An inquiry into the cycle of cause and effect: The disaster of shooting the sun three hundred years ago was caused by the arrogance of the gods, and the crisis of the apocalypse three hundred years later was caused by the selfish thoughts of the immortal clan. The hope of saving the world ultimately fell on two "others" who were abandoned by all races, which coincides with the core of "every drink and peck has a certain fate, and the one who saves the common people is never the gods above, but ordinary people rooted in all living beings."
