The story takes place in a key high school in a small town in the south. In late autumn, the taciturn academic Shen Zhiyu transferred to another school due to family reasons and was inserted into Class 3 of the second grade of high school. He happened to sit next to the casual Jiang Yubai. Two teenagers with completely different personalities and completely different life trajectories went from being alienated and not disturbing each other at the beginning, to getting along with each other at the same table day after day.
