Is this what it feels like when adults restrain themselves and pull, interspersed with the throbbing of school days?
The male protagonist was a gentle dog when he was a student, but he was a bit bad after being abandoned.
Parting is to get together better.
When Yu Sheng was five years old, a new neighbor moved next door. The seven-year-old boy named Wen Xu always followed her silently, without speaking or urging, like a shadow that would never disappear. She walked in the front and he walked in the back. They were gone for more than ten years.
She brought him buns and he tied her shoes. She said "I like Wen Xu", and the whole school knew about it, and was misunderstood as a puppy love.
On the day his parents divorced, she cried for him and threw herself into his arms.
After passing the college entrance examination, he entered his university and moved into his family's empty house. She thought she was getting closer, but she pushed him away with her own hands.
"I can't respond to your feelings, but I need your body."
She said so.
He agreed.
She was gone for eight years, and when she came back they looked at each other across half the banquet hall.
She said "I'm back."
He said "Welcome back."
It took her eight years to learn one thing: pushing someone away does not mean protecting him.
And it took him eight years to prove another thing: he didn't need to be useful for her to love him.
Intent: A story about two people who redeem each other and eventually learn to love each other after growing up.
