Nineteen-year-old Yukiko Fujimine is already a well-known popular actress in Japan. Three months after winning the award for "Girl in the Shadow of the Moon", she went to an old castle in Europe to participate in the filming of the transnational suspense film "Blood Curtain". However, the studio turned into a murder scene - the costume designer was poisoned and died in the locked dressing room, using methods as unsolvable as a secret room.
The case attracted Yusaku Kudo, a genius mystery novelist who was invited by the police to assist. With thick glasses, a windbreaker, and a rational and almost indifferent temperament, Yukiko just wants to compete at first glance.
