Synopsis
There is always someone standing alone in a lonely silhouette on a rainy night where no one knows. Fang Shanghei is the one who keeps getting wet. With the unique sensitivity and stubbornness of a young man, he walked through the noisy campus and the busy streets, hiding the tenderness and thoughts in his heart. In the rain that came either quickly or slowly, he picked up the scattered past and guarded the unspoken regrets. Those encounters and partings, heartbeats and alienations, joy and loneliness hidden in the rain curtain, all turned into cold rain, falling on the shoulders and seeping into the heart. He had met people who were like glimmers of light, and had fleeting warmth, but they were eventually lost in time, leaving only the sound of rain all over the world and the thoughts that no one responded to. He looked back in the rain, looking back at the throbbing of youth, looking back at the broken bonds, looking back at the words he had not had time to say, and the promises he had not had time to complete. The rain soaked his clothes and drowned his unspoken obsessions. He always stood in the rain, not waiting for the rain to stop, but quietly confronting the regrets that he could not let go. This is a story about loneliness, miss and obsession. It writes about the brokenness and tenderness in the hearts of young people. It also writes about the glimmer of light hidden in the heart of every person who walks alone in regrets that has never been extinguished by the rain. Concept: The core concept of "Man in the Rain" 1. Loneliness is the norm in life Taking Fang Shanghei's life as a carrier, writing about people is about coming and walking alone. Many emotions and pains are shared by no one, just like being exposed to heavy rain all year round without anyone holding an umbrella. 2. Regret is the background of growth Meetings at a young age, heart-throbs, bonds, and promises mostly break up before they can be consummated. This book faces the difficult business of being unable to love, meeting and parting again, having things to say, and having people you can't keep. It does not strive for perfection, but faces up to the imperfections in reality. 3. Self-salvation in the wind and rain Fang Shanghei has been exposed to the rain all year round. He seems to be passively enduring the suffering, but in fact he is reconciling with himself amidst loneliness and regret. Not waiting for others to redeem you, but learning to survive the storm alone and keep your inner gentleness and tenacity in the brokenness. 4. Pay tribute to all the youthful thoughts that no one understands It writes about the emotions of sensitive, delicate and introverted people that are not understood by the world. The grievances and obsessions hidden in silence, rainy days and eyes have their place to tell everyone who is "alone in the rain": you are never alone. 5. We are all passers-by when we meet, and everything is fate. See through the depth of fate between people. Many encounters are just short-lived fireworks. The rain will stop and people will leave. It teaches people to accept loss and look down upon separation.
