Graduate student Pu Qichi has a problem: he sleeps lightly and is easily awakened.
At two o'clock in the morning, the sound of his roommate's games forced him to curse. Closing his eyes, he fell into a world that shouldn't exist.
In ancient Greek mythology, a lakeside reflection resembles a zombie crawling out of the water. A man named Bo Shubing blocked the arrows for him, dragged him to escape, and trapped him in front of the rock wall. His heartbeat hit his chest through the material of his clothes.
But this man was unforgiving: "What's your name? It's not important."
After finally coming back to life, when he opened his eyes, Bo Shubing was standing on the podium in a white coat. He was the new neurology teacher in the school.
"We met in the dream."
"I don't know."
He really doesn't remember. In the laboratory, he told Pu Qichi: That dream was an experiment I did, and I cloned half of my consciousness into it. So in the dream I remember everything, but when I wake up I know nothing.
Urasu was belatedly convinced. But he couldn't help but fall asleep again and again.
The second time he fell into a dream, under the laurel tree, Bo Shubing walked up to him wearing an ancient Greek robe. The look in his eyes was completely different from the one in reality. Cupid's golden arrow came, and he stood in front of Ura Qichi, and two arrows pierced the hearts of the two of them one after another. From then on, they had the same feeling - he was in pain, so was he; his heartbeat was racing, and so was he.
Then the curse of the sun god Apollo fell: Pu Qichi would be killed by his beloved. Bo Shubing is haunted by the divine curse and feels bitter for half his life.
In the dream, Bo Shubing remembered everything, protecting him, saving him, even restraining his breathing.
In real life, Bo Shubing was polite and handed him a business card: "Come to my office at three o'clock on Wednesday afternoon."
Pu Qichi held the business card and thought: What are you pretending to be? You held me tightly in your dream and refused to let go, and when you woke up you refused to even remember my name.
What he didn't know was that every time he fell into a dream, Bo Shubing would have an indescribable emotion in reality - unreasonable panic, inexplicable concern, and the uncontrollable trembling of his fingertips when looking at Pu Qichi's back.
Those chopped up memories are being retrieved bit by bit.
And the way they found it was to make Bo Shubing lose control of himself more and more.
