On their wedding night, Shen Yusheng accidentally discovers that Lu Jingyuan has a white moonlight, so she takes the initiative to lay down three rules with him and even makes him write a divorce agreement in advance. After their marriage, Shen Yusheng sticks to their pact and never crosses the line.
One day, she catches a chill and falls unconscious. As she drifts in and out, she hears hushed voices.
“My lord, the heir’s wife is unconscious. She probably can’t drink the medicine herself. Why not try giving it to her mouth-to-mouth?”
After a moment of silence in the room, Shen Yusheng relaxes a little and lets her consciousness fade.
Just then, a pair of warm lips press against hers.

While cleaning his study, Shen Yusheng accidentally triggers a mechanism and enters a secret chamber. Every wall is covered with portraits of her. Before she can take a closer look, a faint sound comes from the large bed behind the screen. “Shengsheng… Shengsheng…”
She quietly approaches. It takes her a long moment in the dim light to make out the person calling her name.
It’s her wastrel husband, who’s supposed to be out enjoying himself!
