What I write is some thoughts and opinions that I have as "myself"
I hope that after reading this, I will have some thoughts instead of simply thinking that it must be like this, because everyone has different ideas and experiences.
Please do not interpret it as a rationalization of "it turns out that everyone is like this, so I can do it too". I hope you can accept it and confirm that "this is something that can be analyzed"
This is just a "staged" tool. I hope you don't directly think that some of the views in this book are "normal" because I have not written any information on how to get out of this book.
