Her father's domestic violence caused Ling to have severe psychological disorders. During a search for relief, she saw the devil living in her spirit and became attached to him. Under the constant attacks on her soul by the subsequent reality, she realized that she was in a "ferocious reality that never ages", and finally resolutely threw herself into the arms of the devil.
