Lucky Star: From preparing for exams side by side to staying together for life
The story of Lingxu and Chen Mao began in their senior year of high school.
In the exam preparation days full of books and pressure, they are each other's strongest support. The meeting in the morning reading corner, the touching fingertips in the library, the warm porridge in the cold wind, and the words "I am here" late at night, turned the young heartbeat into the courage to stand side by side. Together they endured countless nights of staying up late to study questions, supported each other when they collapsed, and finally came ashore together.
From school uniforms to wedding dresses, from renting a house to putting down roots, they turned their bitter life into sweetness step by step. There is no excitement in married life, only a steady flow of tenderness: Chen Mao gets up early every day to cook pumpkin porridge for her, and waits for her to come home on time after get off work. The two cook together, clean the house, and spend time together quietly on the sofa.
The most difficult night we spent together became the confidence to stay together for the rest of our lives. They hide their love in three meals and four seasons, and in every hug and advice.
Ningxu said that Chen Mao was her lucky star; but Chen Mao told her that she was the light that illuminated his entire youth and ran through the rest of his life.
From meeting as teenagers to being together forever, they used the most ordinary companionship to write the most tender ending: You are my lucky star and the destination of my life.
