Let me first explain the origin of this article.
It's not that I was inspired by the poem I read, it's because of a person's name.
The day Su Mu changed her name, I told her that she might as well change her name to Xiao Zhe. It was just a joke, but somehow it developed into me writing a story about Su Mu and Xiao Zhe.
I was imagining this story while I was idle on the bus that day. I have written a lot of fragmented stories, but none of them are particularly complete and satisfactory. Recently, I have fallen into a long pit and cannot extricate myself. In order to ensure that Su Mu can read this story, "Su Muzhe" must be a novella.
So what to write about?
I have always thought that the names of word brands are very beautiful. Huanxi sand, walking on the sand, dotting your red lips, like a dream, covered by Su Mu. Each and every one of them is a peerless woman who seems to be reluctant to talk, and has a hazy and beautiful legend.
Love, of course there must be love. But I don't want love. Frankly speaking, people who write romance are nothing more than making up their own daydreams, knowing they are false but unable to help but indulge in them. Based on the mood on the bus that day, this story is about a woman's expectation and helplessness about love and destiny.
It sounds a bit abstract and sad. There is no way, at this age, I only have this hazy experience. If I go deeper, I don't have enough experience. If I go shallower, I am just pretending to be young. After I had the initial idea, I didn't have the urge to start writing. Until today I heard about Suzhou River.
I always feel that this song is inextricably linked to the story I want to tell, and I like it very much. So the next ideas involuntarily moved closer to this song.
The preface is finished.
Kicked off.
