"The Mystery of the Three Seas" is a time-travel novel that combines elements of history, magic and adventure. In 2035, while studying a sixteenth-century Persian navigation chart at the Quanzhou Museum, cultural relic restorer Lu Xinglan was drawn into a time and space vortex because of a mysterious fire-paint dragon seal on the map, and traveled to the treasure ship "Qinghe" on Zheng He's seventh voyage to the West in 1433. Faced with storms in the Indian Ocean, political intrigues in Mount Ceylon, the theft of spices in Malacca, and strange storms in the Java Sea, she relied on modern knowledge and AI-assisted equipment to help Zheng He resolve the crisis. In the process, she discovered a secret inheritance called the "Space-Time Silk Road Guardian Network", and she was actually the eighth generation guardian. The story ends with her returning to modern times, activating the guardian system and continuing her mission, connecting the long river of civilization from Zhang Qian to the "One Belt, One Road" initiative.
Purpose: Based on the concept of "continuity of civilization", we transcend individual adventures in time travel and explore in depth how Chinese civilization maintains its spiritual genes amid time rupture and spatial dispersion. The work uses the metaphor of "the network of guardians of the Silk Road in time and space" to weave Zhang Qian's hollowing out, Zheng He's voyage and the contemporary "One Belt, One Road" concept into a chain of cognition and responsibility spanning two thousand years, implying that the true inheritance of civilization does not rely on artifacts or territories, but on the conscious continuation of core values such as openness, tolerance and collaboration between generations.
