Su Wanting is a student in the Department of Finance at the university. She loves traditional Chinese culture and is also a fan of Hanfu. She often goes to Hanfu handicraft stores on weekends to find suitable accessories. That day, she passed by a store called "Lian Hairpin Yin" and was attracted by a familiar fragrance. When she turned back, her eyes were attracted by a jade lotus hairpin on the wooden coffee table in the middle of the store. When I looked closer, I saw that a small piece of the hairpin tail was missing, as if it had been broken off. Just as she reached out to touch the hairpin, a scene from the Republic of China period suddenly flashed through her mind: herself wearing a moon-white cheongsam standing in front of an embroidery frame, her lover inserting the hairpin into her hair and saying, "After the war is over, I will come back to complete this lotus for you." It turned out that in her previous life, she had been waiting for forty years because of her lover's words, but what she had been waiting for was the news that he was getting married and having children in Taiwan. Before she died, she broke off the hairpin tail with her own hands and buried it in the backyard along with half of the silk handkerchief he gave her. In this life, Su Wanting regards this broken hairpin as a treasure and wears it every time she wears Hanfu. When she meets a boy who is not serious about relationships, or when she sees those around her losing themselves because of love, she will think of herself in her previous life. She no longer easily believes in promises, but focuses on her studies and the Hanfu club, organizing activities with like-minded friends to spread traditional culture. Later, she lived independently and happily. She lives for herself, brings China's excellent traditional culture to the world, shows the world the strength, independence, kindness, and intelligence of a new generation of Chinese women, and writes a life chapter that is completely different from the previous life.
Purpose: Su Wanting carries the memories of her past life, uses wisdom to avoid emotional traps in the modern era, uses courage to pursue her studies and Hanfu hobbies, uses kindness to help people around her, and finally lives an independent and confident life, showing the power of a new generation of women.
