There is a "Rule of Survival" circulated in Class 6, Grade 2, Luocheng No. 1 Middle School: Don't mess with Liu Zixin, the number one student in grade, don't steal the draft paper from Jiang Miyue, the second grader, and don't try to break up the "Iron Four."
When transfer student Wen Xun first arrived, he was stuffed into the empty seat next to Jiang Miyue. He thought he was facing an aloof academic master, but he never expected that Jiang Miyue would stop him coldly when he was bullied by Liu Zixin, silently hand him breakfast when he was staring at his pocket watch in a daze, and even say in front of the whole class: "Wen Xun is mine. If you touch him, you will touch me."
But Wen Xun is no one's accessory. He is tough and lacks love, and regards his grandparents as his spiritual support. On the eve of the college entrance examination, his grandma passed away, and Jiang Miyue's control of "for your own good" became the last straw that crushed him. He tore Jiang Miyue's plan to pieces and disappeared into the rainy night, leaving only the words "Change your life."
In college, Jiang Miyue looked for him like crazy. In the small southern town, he finally found Wen Xun, who learned to be independent and had light in his eyes. This time, he no longer arranged, but blended in awkwardly, changing from "my person" to "side-by-side partner".
The other members of the Iron Four, Liu Zixin and Deng Zishuo, also grew up separately, and still gathered together after graduation to witness the love and transformation of the protagonists. The story uses the "moon" as a metaphor and tells a youth story about love and control, brokenness and rebirth.
