A story about cultivating immortality written by a science student
This is not your usual kind of fairy tale.
There is no upgrading the system panel to defeat monsters, and no passionate slogans about changing one's fate against the odds. There was only a dilapidated yard, a few drafty wooden houses, and six people forgotten by the world, drinking, catching fish, and watching the clouds under the moonlight.
Xiao Mu is the boy who can smile and roll his eyes. He named the amnesiac Guang Zhuoyang and taught him what "junior brother" was and what "going home" meant.
Zhuo Yang is that light. He didn't know where he came from, he just knew he had to be here. He won't cry, won't laugh, and won't say "I'll be with you" when others are sad. But when Xiao Mu lowered his head, he would put his hand on his shoulder - very lightly, like learning for the first time.
Ye Wuyou is a person standing in the dark. He is the Valley Master of the Blood Demon Palace and should be an enemy by birth. He "passed by" again and again, saved them again and again, and looked at the man with light gray eyes in the moonlight again and again. He finally touched Zhuo Yang's face once and said, "This is the closest I've ever been to you."
This is not a love story. It was a few teenagers who grew up in a dilapidated yard and learned to straighten their hairbands, put their hands on their shoulders, and learn to say the lightest words in their lives before they died.
This is written by a science student. He doesn't know how to exaggerate emotions. He only knows how to break down cause and effect, list logic, and draw coordinates. He wrote dragon as energy conservation, light as wave-particle duality, and "hairband crooked" as "smooth". But he wrote about a young man straightening another young man's crooked hairband, about a man in the dark spending his whole life close to the light, and about the furthest distance and the softest voice that a science student can calculate.
Long Guang Yin - Long is Xiao Mu, Guang is Zhuo Yang, and the chant is every unspoken word between them.
