Purpose: This article starts from a rural middle school around 2010 and is adapted from personal experience. It tells the story of two teenagers from very different native families who get closer to each other and achieve two-way redemption in their youthful years. Lin Nian, a country boy who suffered from lack of love and low self-esteem since childhood, met Jiang Xu, a cold and unruly young master who transferred from the county town. From their youthful encounter, vague acquaintance, to helpless separation, and reunion again, they became the only light in each other's lives, completing a gentle but firm redemption of each other.
