Three years. Whenever he felt he couldn't hold it any longer, he would paint her eyes.
As I was painting, it was daybreak.
As I kept drawing, those thoughts passed away.
As I continued to draw, she really came.
Just looking at the painting, the very faint arc at the corner of the mouth appeared again.
In the lower right corner of the painting, he wrote a line of small words:
"It's the first time we meet, I don't know you yet."
The date is today.
But he knew that he had known her for a long, long time.
