Shen Lu, a junior girl, fell in love at first sight with Zhou Yuchen, a senior civil engineering boy, in the school milk tea shop, and started a blatant pursuit. She delivers breakfast every day, creates chance encounters, and makes no secret of her love. Zhou Yuchen was moved by her, and the two spent a sweet time living together, agreeing to work hard together and move towards the future together.
But cracks in reality began to appear that winter. Zhou Yuchen's single mother strongly opposed the relationship, believing that Shen Lu was "from out of town, has no background, and can't help him with anything", and threatened to force her son to break up. Zhou Yuchen was forced to compromise after his mother swallowed sleeping pills for gastric lavage, but he chose to carry everything alone. He pushed Shen Lu away with the words "I don't want you anymore" and never told her the truth.
Three years later, the two reunited and the truth was revealed. Shen Lu finally knew what he had endured back then, and was finally able to say the words "I forgive you." But forgiveness doesn't mean turning back—if they missed it, they missed it.
This is a story about bravery, tolerance, miss and relief. Having loved is enough; forgive, but don't look back; move forward, don't look back.
Concept: Not all love can go to the end, but loving in itself is meaningful.
