Zhao Zhen opened a tavern at the foot of Qingjing Mountain and lived peacefully for three years. She had a few good friends, and someone who secretly loved her. She thought that if the martial world stayed peaceful, she could spend the rest of her life just like this. But she never expected that the turmoil would begin then and there.
Qian Shiwen had always been secretly in love with someone. It was practically an open secret among the people of the Qingjing Sect. The girl was more beautiful than a flower and brewed excellent wine.
He had fallen for her the moment he laid eyes on her.
He thought he would ask her in half a month whether she liked him too. But danger always struck without warning, and one sudden turn of events sent him down a long road through the martial world.
The heroine is Zhao Zhen, and the hero is Qian Shiwen. One-on-one romance: a traditional wuxia story about a demon-cult maiden and a righteous young hero. Roughly 70% plot and 30% romance.
The heroine’s only golden finger: her ability to escape through light-footedness is practically divine. If she wants to run, she’ll get away.

Snarkers just make fun of what a ridiculous plot this is. We’re just ordinary college students!
But with such a heavy responsibility on our shoulders, working hard is the only way forward!
Part One: First, regain our powers.

Part Two: Find a way to fix the branching timelines.
“Magic?” The two exchanged bewildered looks.
“Technology works too. After all, the TVA was built on technology,” Mobius explained.
The two academic disasters exchanged another baffled look.
“So our first stop is to go find the great wizard Merlin?”
“Wait, when you say Merlin, do you mean the real Merlin, the gender-swapped Merlin from The Seven Deadly Sins, or that half-nightmare, half-human, giant Fou beast?” asked Lu Mingfei, a seasoned fan of Japanese pop culture.
“Does it matter?” Mobius asked, unable to understand what was fashionable with young people these days.
“It matters!” Lu Mingfei insisted. Tsunayoshi nodded.
“All right, then. Which one do you think would be easier?”
“Wait, we can actually discuss this?” Lu Mingfei hesitated. He suspected agreeing to join the TVA had been a mistake, but he still made his choice: the original Merlin. Mobius adjusted the time pad and sent them back to the age of King Arthur. When they came out, they saw a young man with black hair and blue eyes.
“Magic?”
“No, technology!”
“So we’re going to be Hogwarts students? Oh my god, I never thought I’d get a letter from an owl after turning eleven.”
“But wouldn’t we be too old to enroll?”
Mobius said apologetically, “No, no. You’re going as teachers.”
“Us? Two Muggles who can’t do magic? What are we supposed to teach, Muggle Studies?”
“Defense Against the Dark Arts,” Mobius said.
“Was he always this much of a bastard? He’s such a bastard I don’t even want to save him anymore.”
“Honestly, it would still be sad to watch him die right in front of us.”
Anyway, the two snarkers will travel through all kinds of worlds, trying to find a way to fix the branching timelines. It’s a fun travel adventure!
Please note:
1. The story starts in the main Marvel universe and then moves through all kinds of Crossovers. It could include movies, TV shows, anime, and anything else. Worlds mentioned in the blurb will appear; others may be added at random depending on what the author is watching.
2. They’ll definitely experience their original world, and there’s a good chance multiple worlds will exist simultaneously.
3. Things get a bit complicated, so out-of-character behavior is inevitable.
4. Updates are irregular. The author is very busy with work. Once the story begins, there’ll be at least three updates a week. If that doesn’t happen, the missing updates will be made up the following week.
5. The ending will definitely be a happy one~ Don’t go looking at the author’s profile signature.
