In the middle and late Warring States period, Fu State, one of the Qunshu Fang Kingdoms located in the Huaihe River Basin, had Jining as its capital. It was influenced by the geographical location of Chu, Yue and other countries, and its etiquette and customs were mixed, and there were also traditions from the Central Plains.
