Deep in Chang'an Huimin Street, there is a late-night noodle shop called "Night Watchman". The owner, Lin Wan, is a descendant of Night Watchman. He can use the spring water of Zhongnan Mountain, the tile ashes of Weiyang Palace and the obsession of diners to cook dishes that can reveal the memories of the past.
